This unit goes over how to create a lesson plan, how it is to be used during the class, and what records you should keep about the class. I learned that when making a lesson plan it should be viewed as a guideline to help give a structured flow to your class but it should not be so rigid that you can't make adjustments as the class is going on in order to benefit the students if something is more or less effective while teaching the class.
