In this lesson Managing Classes I learned about the different dynamic of a classroom. How to make seating arrangement according to class size and dynamic. How and when to use eye-contact and maintain the correct voice so that students want to listen. How to discipline students appropriately and what techniques are used to do so. Also more importantly I learned how to build and maintain a rapport with students so that class will be productive and enjoyable for everyone.
