This was a difficult lesson in many respects. I think, as mentioned in the lesson guide, native English speakers just have a feel for the language without strictly defining what we are doing in our minds while speaking. What sounds right is what we tend to say without knowing why. My grammar is not great so this lesson helped clarify some of the rules for me. I feel this is an area I will need to work on and become more familiar with the rules of English to teach effectively.
