From this unit about Managing Classes, l learnt that the teacher’s personality and character play a vital role in establishing a conducive and productive environment to learning. It is a freelance style with pillar points. A good student and teacher relationship has to be ensured so that there is cooperation and general cohesion which will build on to good student to student relationship. Finally, a well organised and disciplined class is intimate, fun and productive.
