Unit 5 discusses the correct way to affectively create and carry out a lesson plan. A good lesson plan includes many things to ensure that the lesson runs smoothly, such as a language point, list of materials, the procedure of the lesson, the correct phase, and any anticipated problems and solutions. It is important to create a lesson plan that is specific enough so the teacher can follow it and know exactly how the lesson should run, but should also be flexible enough so the teacher can make adjustments during class based on the students needs.
