The unit served as a helpful reminder about the different roles a teacher needs to play, as well as the different challenges they will face with adult students and younger students. It was good to reflect on what makes a good teacher and what makes a good student too. Finally, the unit provided an overview of the different English stages for students.
I have to say, the distinction between the Tutor and Facilitator teaching roles seems pretty thin. Likewise does the explanations as to the difference between students at lower to advanced intermediate levels.
