I learnt that planning lessons could make lessons rigid and ans stop the teacher from being flexible to the students needs but if a teacher is organised they will be able to monitor the quality of their lessons and continually strive to improve their skills and make lessons enjoyable. In addition, teachers should continually update plans and modify aims to accommodate changes during lessons making sure that all skills are included and given equal treatment.
