Unit 19 addressed the different possible 'special groups' that an ESL teacher may encounter during their career, such as company groups and kids classes.
This unit is of particular interest to me as I expect to be teaching children online soon and the tips and information contained in the 'Teaching Children' section of this unit will be very useful.
This unit, I think, contains some very practical information. Any teacher who heads overseas and signs up to work at a private language school has a very good chance of being asked to teach a company or kids class at some point. Teachers should have a basic understanding of how to modify their lessons to try to meet the needs of those specific groups.
