Quite an interesting section. This provides su with a variety of of test students can amd must take at schools or outside them. some of the ideas presnted in this unit are generally known by teachers, however, there is a tendency to overstimate the importance of formal test. As mentiones in the unit teachers can asses students not only with typical test designes by course books but also know their students progress by onserving them in class. I do not understimate the importance of tests, I just want to say that formal evluation sometimes do not show the real knowledge of the language students really have.
