In this unit I learned the various factors that make a good teacher and what makes a good learner. In addition, I learned of the roles a teacher must take on to effectively teach and how they must switch the roles when the lesson demands it. I also learned how to take into consideration the language levels and the age of the students to better understand the motivations and openness that the students might have and how to accommodate to the needs presented.
