This unit explains the present tense. The simple present, perfect present, and simple progressive are each explained. I have learned that some terms in grammar are not uniform. For example, the words progressive and continuous refer to the same grammatical concept. Many activities were suggested to help students to talk about things such as describing what is going on or what is being done. The unit also shows list of common mistakes using verbs in the progressive state.
