Unit 3 – Managing dasses
What I learned from this unit is, how to present myself as a teacher, how to use my voice, gesture and eye contact choice. I also learned the importance of a different factor once grouping students and arranging the class; there are several important points to keep in mind when doing that.
This Unit also presented with very interesting information on how to establish Rapport between the teacher and the students, and how to maintain discipline and manage problem behaviors.
