This unit explained a many areas of student management. It gives many ideas on how to arrange a classroom on a physical level and how to arrange possible arrangements of student in pairs, individuals, or groups can be advantageous or disadvantageous. The unit also discusses how gesturing and eye contact can be used in order to give attention and created rapport in a classroom. The demeanor of the teacher is discussed in regards to student perception.
