As i told for receptive skills, the same importance must be given to productive skills. Writing and talking are both important, in the same way. But in my experience, i've noticed that writing is a skill that most of english learner underestimate. In fact, it pretty usual to find a good talker, that doesn't know how to write properly. That's why, a big part of my future lesson would involve some good writing exercises.
