The most important point that I took from this unit is that establishing good rapport with students on the day of the teacher's first lesson, whether it's a new or existing group, is vital to the success of his/her efforts for the rest of the school year. Its a good thing if a teacher has good rapport with their students but the greater challenge is to manage it through how the teacher is able to be consistent in his/her punctuality, discipline and relevance of lesson content.
