Throughout this unit I was able not only to learn more about my role as a teacher but I realized that I was on the right path. This unit motivated me even more to be a very good teacher and it helped me understand my students in a different way, they are not just people that want to learn but they also have different motivations and fellings as students.
Now my role as a teacher is clear and organized and I know how and when to be a monitor, organizer, manager, participant, assesor, prompter and facilitator and it made me realized that I am an important model for my students and I have a big responsability in building and keeping motivation at all time.
