This test was appreciated as I got to really start thinking of how I would plan a lesson. To have a series of options and re-arrange them so they fit the ESA model sure is educative, since it enables me to think for myself and not search for the "right" answer in the unit. This also makes me see just how much responsibility the teacher has, and what a privilege it is to be around people who are willing to be taught.
