As I experienced to teaching English with a purpose can be more annoying and terrifying than it looks like, I was a student in a class where We were supposed to know more about how to sail a boat, this course took up 2 years. I saw the teacher suffering from lack of knowledge and materials nowhere was provided, neither by the school or neither found on the internet. By the way, the profession is called Sailing Technician. I can imagine this was a bit more abstract case and basically Its much easier to teach English to businessmen.
