It is great to know that ESA lesson has been created adapting several features from previous theories, methods, and technics. For example, ESA has recruited the idea of three stages of a lesson from Suggestopaedia and the aspects of the communicative approach, and activities from Communicative Language Teaching and Task-based learning.
