This chapter covered trouble shooting for situation that may arise during a lesson. Some of the topics covered were tips for first lesson, warmer activities, teaching students of different levels, and how to handle large classes. It also provides useful tips on dealing with the use of native language and dealing with a reluctant student. My biggest take away is use to pair strong students with weaker students during group pairing.
