In this unit, I learned that teachers should gather materials to use in the classrooms that are real, interesting, motivating, and can help students gain confidence when they understand them, and geared towards students interests. By supplementing the textbook with other materials can welcome change from strictly following the textbook, and allows teachers to adapt the information in their own style.
