This unit describes the need to help students check their progress. Though some teachers might prefer to check progress through informal means during normal class processes, most schools and even lots of students want formal tests to prove learning is taking place. This goes through types of tests that many schools use as well as external tests that can give certification for school or work plans. It is helpful to know what students may be working toward as they are in our classes.
