In this unit, I learned about different lesson types and the different ways a teacher can break up their lesson plans to maximize student performance and comprehension. In addition, I was able to learn about a myriad of different ideas and ways to enrich my lessons by specific examples of activities that I can use with my students at different stages of the lesson. As an educator, knowing when to correct students and just as importantly, giving my students the ability to correct themselves will go a long way to ensuring that they master the language effectively.
