In this unit, I was able to understand how to become an effective teacher in the classroom. Furthermore, I was able to learn about student motivations and how to model my instruction to best fit the needs of my students. Student motivation is an important aspect of higher achievement and understanding what you can do as an educator to assist your students be as enthusiastic as they can be about learning a new language can be very powerful and effective.
