The name of this unit was "Managing Classes" and before reading it I thought I was right, but I wasn't. Talking not only about teachers, but also about general people, we think that correcting some behaviours is easy, but it is not. Sometimes we act according to our instinct but, as teachers, we must be careful because many times the way we correct can affect their motivation and performance in the classroom and out. To use an appropiate body language and voice can make the difference between a successful class and one a regular one.
