As I am a translator, I have been teaching English in a way in which I have been learning through practice. It was very encouraging realizing that most of the notions I had about teaching were more accurate than what I thought. For instance, being an assesor trying to correct mistakes in a friendly way. I try to do it in a way they even laugh at it. I have also learned that as a facilitator it is correct to give them space to work alone. I do this by leaving the classroom a couple of minutes and walk around while they continue working
