I found the amount of ideas for classroom management to be numerous. My favorite subject was the balance between teacher talk time and student talk time. It's as if the teacher is the there just to motivate what the students knew all along. If the teacher can just motivate and keep them on task, the learning can happen like a centrifugal force. The student realizes what they are capable of. Truly a teacher's job is made easy as long as they keep things interesting.
