From this lesson, I've learned feature of teachers and learners. Good teachers have some merits like kind and patient and loving teaching and knowledgeable. Besides, good learners also have some distinctive features like desire to learn and willingness to ask questions and acceptance of error correction. Those are very useful in my daily teaching process. I can judge students' performance by keeping those theory in mind. All in all, it's really helpful.
