I watched the 2 videos
and here's what i noted to the first video:
He started when asking questions.
He is impatient and just asked You don't know?
When someone asked him a question he said the same and I tell you later.
When he gave an activity , he was talking /disturbing the students.
When answering the activity , he just asked the name then said alright .
He addresses the question at the end of the class.
These way of teaching students enlightened me that it could lead to intimidation and non participative class.
On the other video, it was inspiring.The teacher was very accommodating, kind and clear. He smiled, introduced himself and asked each name of the student. His lesson plan is engaging. The discussion is clear and showed effort for students.I myself would want to apply the way the second lesson was delivered .
