The most useful thing I have learnt in this unit, is the Business English. There are many things I have never thought I should bear in mind for this situation. For example, clients are often tired,therefore it is of great importance to keep them motivated. Some classes may me completely changed or modified according to the class needs. Unfortunately, acorrding to the article attendance may be also sporadic and clients may leave earlier. It is also important to realize that homework is not a reccomendable acitivity since most of the clients do not have time.
