In this unit I learned about past verb tense types. Building off of the present tense verb types from a previous unit, I can now identify and distinguish between present and past simple, perfect, continuous, and perfect continuous verb types. Along with this information, the unit covered some of the common errors that english as a second language learners tend to make. With the foresight of these errors I will be able to better explain the tense rules to my future students.
