In the unit we have learnt about the classroom management. It is the skill of organizing and managing the class, having a friendly, relaxed manner and maintaining discipline. Any experienced teacher will know good discipline does not just happen all at once. Managing student behavior is a learned skill and not an easy task. Each teacher will develop his or her own form of discipline. We should remember that students need to feel valued and welcomed.
