This unit covered the basics of grammer, from different forms of nouns, verbs, and adjectives and the complicated forms of grammer which surround them such as adverbs and prepositions. I learned a lot about rules which I use unconsciously. I think the unit did a good job of drawing attention to what areas non-english speakers usually have trouble with. I also appreciate that a lot of the english language doesn't follow the rules and will simply have to be memorized which must be a difficult task for late learners of english.
