In Unit 1 Teachers and Learners, I have learnt the responsibilities of being a good teacher as well as teachers qualities and their roles. First, the teachers or the instructors should have a knowledge on how to do their work efficiently and how to have a good relationship with the students. Second, it is important that the teachers know the level of his students, for the teachers know how to adjusts in different situations. If the teachers and students or the learners have a good relationship I think there will be a success in every class. The teachers should be energetic, flexible and really care not only with the lessons or the way of his/her teaching but more on the benefits of the students.
