In this unit i have learnt about troubleshooting and common problem situations. I've learnt about the importance of the first lesson in the course. There is difference in working with new group and existing group. In existing group pupil know each other and they are comfortable with each other. I've learnt how to work in class with pupils of different language levels, how to work in large classes. I've read about use of native language of learners at the lesson. i've learnt how to work with reluctant students and with students who has difficulties with listening text.
