The first video gives us an example of the wrong procedures that a teacher shouldn’t make during the classes – the teacher’s attitude on class clearly reflects on how the students will effective participate at the lessons. The same prospective equals for the opposite situation that we can see on the second video – the teacher change his dynamics on his lessons, which causes a great change on his student’s participation and interest for the class.
