The troubleshootin unit has been useful afer all. A good recap of all that has been learnt and even more information. Added learning on how to approach a new class and an existing class. In both cases, building rapport is important to get the learners relaxed and in the right mood to learn. Great information captured for large classes and multivariant classes.
