I learnt that there are twelve tenses, considering that there are three different timeframes in English - the past, the present and the future, with each of these timeframes having four aspects - simple, continuous, perfect and perfect continuous. With some common errors listed (Eg: Where lives your father?), it is a useful guide for us teachers to work with to formulate correction strategies and examples in advance for our lesson planning.
