This unit describes different types of tests. They are placement, diagnostic, progress, external tests.
Placement tests are given before the start of the course to place new students in a right class according to their language level. Progress tests are used to check what students gained and what was forgotten. Practice tests prepare the students to external tests. There are some external tests as TOEFL, IELTS, KET, PET.
