This lesson covered parts of speech. It was a good review for concepts that I hadn't formally studied since elementary school. It made me reflect on the complex nature of the English language. I was especially struck by the abundance of irregular conjugations and exceptions to the stated rules. It was also interesting to see some rules about pluralization and the various ways of organizing adjectives and adverbs which I had rarely to never seen written down.
