The content of this unit provided an overview of different teaching methods and then introduced ESA (Engage, Study, Activate) as the main teaching method that will be taught and upheld in this course. In reality it appears that ESA is really a combination of the various teaching methods. Having wisdom to appropriate each method in its proper place and time is something that will probably only come with experience; however, the information and suggestions here will no doubt be helpful.
