Coping with class issues is hard for every teacher. Many different problems can arise in each class. This unit helps to clarify some techniques to mitigate them. I personally believe that reluctant students are the most difficult to cope, especially when they are in their teenage, and they are also part of a big class. I encountered this problem , and I could not find any efficient way to solve it. I believe that this unit,and this course will be a great help for my future career.
