Unit 18 covers the use of Modal Auxiliary Verbs and Phrasal Verbs. Depending on how you use the modal verb, you can make the sentence sound formal, polite or even an obligation. Passive and active voices are covered as well explaining how the focus differs between the two depending on which one you use. For me the most useful information was about the Phrasal Verbs and the distinction between the three. They are easy to use but not as easy to explain how you define them.
