This is a very comprehensive unit that seems to cover the challenges of speaking and writing in a country where English is not the first language. I have lived all over the world and seen the myriad differences in communication in real action. I would suggest that it's not just letters or punctuation that can appear differently, but also numbers, too. For example, a German 1 looks very much like an English 7.
