In this unit i was able to point out the difference between the two videos, the second video has shown how the ESA method was used effectively, how the class was lively and how there was enough student talk time unlike the first video where it was teacher centered and more teacher talk time than student talk time. The second video has shown how important it is to smile, use students names to get their attention and feel important, it has shown how the teacher has shared equal attention to the students, also there was clear pronounciation and it was kept simple so the students didnt get bored, unlike the first video where there was less attention for the students and seems like the teacher was unserious and gave a negative vibe closing any chances of the students being comgortable to speak up. this video has given me an insight to understanding more of the ESA method practically. it has shown how important it is to keep students motivated.
