The content of this unit dealt with the forms and usages of the past tense. I learned how to think about why I use the sentence structure that I do. In my opinion it seems like it may be difficult to describe how and when to use the past tense to someone who speaks English as a first language, let alone someone who is learning it as a second language. I hope there are some demonstrations on the video about how to explain the usages of each tense to students.
