This unit talks about how to effectively, choose or select a course material for effective teaching. This can be the use of books and materials which are broadly categorized as Authentic and created materials. In as much as authentic materials has their own advantages, there are however some restrictions or disadvantages which limits teaching specific target groups. It was understood that a blend or a mix of both is best for effective and innovative teaching and learning.
