Unit 9 discussed the importance and usefulness of lesson planning. It also presented the helpful resources of sample lesson plans, worksheets, and potential activities. Through this unit I learned that lesson plans are not only lesson plans, but also records which can be used to evaluate how the class went and to keep track of what was taught. I also learned the importance of balancing organization and flexibility in lesson planning.
