I've learnt what makes a good teacher and the various roles involved. And also to think about how to perform each role better.
Also what makes a good learner. So hopefully I can instill these productive behaviour's into my students so they can learn better.
All the various factors that affect teaching students. Mostly those factors differ due to the ages of the students. This means I must use different methods to teach different groups of students.
Also the different levels of English proficiency. This gives me a framework to help categorise my students level of English.
