i have learn the good roles of a teacher and i have from these roles i have noticed the that there is a difference between a teacher and a good teacher.I have also learn that it is good for the teacher to interact with the students so that they will feel encouraged and motivated.
i have also learn that it is not about giving information to students but also to make the lesson interesting through activities.I have also learn that as a teacher you have to notice that level of English which your students are, and also monitor the progress and give feedback. As a teacher i have learn that sometimes you have to give students to discuss on their own as a class or in groups.I have also learn that as a teacher you have to be out going and also participate in your students' discussion.
